FLORENCE, SC – The City of Florence is excited to announce that Styx Companies will host a groundbreaking ceremony for The Gamble Apartments in Downtown Florence on Thursday, December 18, as part of the larger Urban Square redevelopment.
“The Gamble Apartments represent a significant step forward for Downtown Florence, adding much-needed residential options and supporting the continued growth of our downtown. We are thrilled to see construction officially begin and look forward to the positive, long-term impact this development will have on the heart of our city,” said Florence Mayor Lethonia Barnes.
The press and the public are invited to the groundbreaking, Thursday, December 18th at
2:30 PM at 161 North Coit Street.
