Division Description:
The Operations Division is commanded by Major Joe Nida, who reports directly to the Chief of Police.
This division includes:
Patrol / Special Services - Responsible for all patrol functions including marked patrol, building and court security, Street Crimes and the Traffic Team. This unit is managed by Captain William Blackmon
Investigations - Responsible for all investigative services comprised of Criminal investigations, Special Investigations the Crime Scene Unit and Victim's Advocate. This unit is managed by Captain Kendrick Spears.
