Division Description:
The Administration Division is commanded by Major Stephen Starling, who reports directly to the Chief of Police.
The Administration Division includes:
Administrative Services - Responsible for maintaining police department records, telecommunications (non-emergency calls), budget, and Payroll functions. This unit is managed by Commander Anson Shells
Professional Standards - Responsible for Internal affairs, training, evidence/property supply, Accreditation and the departments Real Time Crime Center. This unit is managed by Captain Brian Barley.
Community Engagement - Reponsible for code enforecement, animal control and the community engagement team. This unit is managed by Captain Terrance Ford
The Administration Division Major also acts in the capacity of Public Information Officer. The Public Information Officer handles the dissemination of information outside of the Police Department including all media relations.
