Serving Our Community,” the program creates a unified approach to infrastructure improvements that support reliable service, system resilience, and the future needs of our community.
Utilities Department:
The City of Florence Utilities Department is dedicated to providing the highest quality drinking water and water reclamation services to residential and business customers, designing and overseeing construction of City infrastructure projects, and managing stormwater to protect urban waterways, conserve natural resources, and allow clean, safe water to flow downstream to those who reside below us in the Pee Dee watershed.
