Municipal Court

Welcome to the Florence Municipal Court. The Court is responsible for the adjudication and disposition of misdemeanor traffic, criminal and city ordinances issued within the city limits of Florence, South Carolina. 

The Municipal Court Administrative Judge is Marcus L. Woodson .  There are five part-time judges who preside over criminal and traffic court, bond hearings, preliminary hearings, jury trials and Livability Court.
